Fair Recruitment in Central America: Strengthening Institutional Capacities for the Socioeconomic Integration of Migrants and Refugees

Strengthen the capacities of key actors in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Honduras on fair recruitment practices and also the integration of refugees and migrants, including return migrants, into the labour markets of Central America.

Strengthening Labour Inspection in the Cambodian Garment Sector

Strengthen the capacity of labour inspection in the Cambodian garment sector. The ultimate outcome is to build the capacity and skills level of the Cambodian Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and work with Better Factories Cambodia and its labour inspectorate to foster sustained compliance and strengthen social dialogue in the travel goods and bag factories.

Strengthening the Participation Strategy for the Labour Reform in Colombia

Empowering Women and Girls’ Labour Rights in Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire

This project also aims to develop an innovative digital platform to identify and monitor labour rights risks among workers, and to distribute labour rights information to workers, especially women.

Pathways for Inclusive Development and Participation of Young People
